From - Fri May 02 12:34:04 1997 From: Hexters@aol.com Subject: Relisys Product Complaints Dave Heck 329 Crestview circle Hexters Textures 329 Crestview circle 770-552-9653 I purchased the Relisys Equipment at Computer city 8/96 Problem Description: Driver issues, software support, SCSI problems What has happened since: I took care of the problem at my own expense Your support sux, your customer service sux, your web site sux, last time I called the tech advised that someone took the ram from the Mac test machine so no support was available- Please go out of business and spare others and yourselves more ridicule- Also add the fact that I did order a floppy disk with the Mac drivers that I could not download from their WebPage (term used lightly) and they never did ship the diskette but it was charged to my visa account. This took four billing periods to get straightened out. Almost to much to believe resulting from one company (term used lightly) trying to conduct commerce-
