CMC is looking for other vendors, dealers, customers, and users whom have also purchased these defective monitors and have been unable to get proper treatment from Relisys as to getting the monitor permanently fixed or to get a replacement monitor. If we receive a significant number of responses, as we presume we will due to the widespread nature of the problem, your situation will be included as part of any legal action against Relisys to hopefully get a monitor which works correctly from Relisys, as that is what we all paid for.
